The Urban Loft Industrial Conversion

Situated inside a historic 1920s printing factory, this project transformed a cold, raw warehouse into a warm and sophisticated bachelor loft. We carefully preserved the original architectural DNA, keeping the exposed brick walls, heavy timber beams, and weathered steel columns fully intact. To bring comfort to the massive 14-foot-high space, we layered rich cognac leathers, dark velvet textiles, and hand-knotted wool rugs. A floating steel staircase leads to a newly constructed mezzanine bedroom, while the kitchen showcases matte black metal fixtures paired with striking emerald quartzite countertops.
